Duke Island Park is a site with rich natural beauty with a variety of recreational opportunities. Along with hosting the annual Summer Concert Series, the park offers hiking, picnicking, playground, softball and soccer fields. There is also a bikeway which will run along a three mile stretch of the Raritan River. The visitor's center, which has a ranger station, is nested on the bank of the historic Raritan Power canal (rental available).
